Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is very important, as it is reserved especially for you! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY!

*Less than 24 hour notice of a cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge 50% of the reserved service amount.

*Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours or less before appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

***Please note: Cancelling your appointment within the  24 hour policy and asking to “reschedule” for a later time/day is still considered a canceled appointment and will require the fee to be paid before you are able to reschedule your cancelled appointments. 

*If you arrive 5 or more minutes late for your appointment, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate you, but you may be asked to reschedule and pay the cancellation fee. Otherwise, it compromises the remainder of my day by running me behind with the rest of my scheduled clients. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, an opportunity is missed to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 

The cancellation policy allows time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus helping me maintain the sustainability of my business.  These policies are presented and provided in the best quality to serve excellent quality service for my established and future clientele. As a small business owner, I thank you for your cooperation and continued support, allowing me to do what I love.

CONFIRMATION Texts & Emails:

As a courtesy, a 24 hour notification is sent to confirm your appointment date, as well as a 2 hour reminder prior to your appointment.  I rely heavily on those reminders so I can give each client my undivided attention during my work day. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation or rescheduling fee.
